Role Overview

The Category Supply Planner is responsible for key Supply Network Operations deliverables, including Customer Service (CFR), Cash (Inventory), and Capacity (RCCP). The CSP provides a balanced plan considering production, demand, and inventory levels to ensure key business metrics are met. This role involves monitoring codes at risk and implementing mitigation plans to prevent outages. It is a high-visibility role that influences business decisions and supports the Native brand, with location options in Cincinnati, OH, or San Francisco, CA. Candidates must be local to these regions.

Responsibilities
  1. Create monthly RCCP aligned with operating strategy, identify capacity gaps, and propose solutions.
  2. Perform scenario planning for capacity levels to assess potential production changes.
  3. Coordinate interplant supply planning to mitigate customer service risks and communicate risks to the category.
  4. Manage demand flow verification, including inventory elimination and monitoring in collaboration with Business Planning Leaders.
  5. Conduct health check actions for category supply planning.
  6. Measure and drive continual improvement in supply network key results.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Skills & Experience:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of SAP functionality and ability to drive improvements.
  • Experience with N6P planning, basic knowledge of DRP and Demand.
  • Excellent network-building and resource management skills.
  • Experience establishing daily management systems for business results.
  • Data analysis skills.
  • Ability to influence externally and partner effectively.
  • Strong communication skills for varied audiences, including leadership and global teams.
