Job summary

AiradigmSolutions is seeking a Commercial HVAC TAB Technician in Orlando with nationwide travel. This full-time in-field role involves testing, balancing, and surveying HVAC systems across commercial buildings, with paid training and a path toward NEBB certification.

You'll travel nationwide (2–3 weeks on the road, then a week at home) and receive comprehensive benefits, uniforms, and tools. Starting pay ranges from $22 to $35 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Excellent driving record
• Pass a background check and drugscreen
• Willingness to travel nationwide
• Strong mechanical aptitude and mathematical aptitude
• Proficient in English (written and verbal) and OSHA10–Construction Safety & Health certification before starting employment

Responsibilities

• Test, adjust, and balance commercial HVAC systems
• Perform HVAC equipment surveys and document field conditions
• Measure airflow, temperature, humidity, and system performance using specialized instruments
• Show up sharp and on time
• Communicate effectively with other trades on site: controls, plumbing, electrical, mechanical
• Maintain professional job-site etiquette and follow OSHA safety guidelines
• Travel nationwide; may involve 2-3 weeks on the road followed by 1 week off
• Take proper care of company-provided tools, vehicles, and test instruments
• Report test data with complete accuracy
• Own your training toward NEBB Certified Technician
