Job summary

AiradigmSolutions is seeking a National Commercial TAB Technician based in Dallas with nationwide travel. You’ll receive paid training and a clear path toward NEBB certification, with starting pay of $22–$35 per hour based on experience and education.

You will test, balance, and survey HVAC systems in restaurants, retail locations, offices, and more across the U.S. All testing equipment, tools, and uniforms are provided, and full benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background/drug screen.
• Desire to learn and grow in the HVAC industry.

Responsibilities

• Test, balance, and survey commercial HVAC systems.
• Measure airflow, temperature, humidity, and system performance.
• Travel nationwide for projects and coordinate with on-site teams.
• Review specifications, scope of work, and safety requirements.
• Report data accurately and maintain professional site etiquette.
