Qualifications

• Must maintain compliance with PIV-II SmartID credential requirements.
• Experience preparing and submitting reports according to established procedures.
• Ability and willingness to travel nationwide as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily appointments in scheduling tool.
• Issue and activate SmartID Cards and PAC Cards.
• Perform card inventory and log cards.

Skills

Ability to complete required online credentialing training

Knowledge of ICAM and USAccess credentialing processes

Strong customer service and communication skills
