Job summary

A credentialing services organization is seeking Credentialing Specialists to manage nationwide credentialing operations. Responsibilities include the issuance of identification cards and maintaining compliance with credentialing processes. Candidates must possess strong customer service skills and attention to detail. A high school diploma is required, and willingness to travel is essential. Must be able to pass a background check and drug testing.

Qualifications

• Must complete online credentialing training and comply with credential requirements.
• Knowledge of credentialing hardware such as FCUs, MCUs, and LAKs required.
• Ability to travel nationwide for onsite credentialing operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and check daily appointments in scheduling tool.
• Perform enrollment and issuance of identification cards.
• Conduct card inventory and logging on the Credential Inventory Tool.
• Schedule and activate SmartID Cards with employees.
• Mail SmartID Cards to operators as required.
