Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related work experience.
• 7+ years in a distributor/broker management role (alcoholic beverage industry preferred).
• Strong national distributor, broker and chain account relationships at executive level.
• Good communication, business development and people management skills.
• Experience with pricing, trade spend, budgets and depletion data.
• CRM experience; Spotio or similar tools is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver's license; willingness to travel 50%+ nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the national distribution growth strategy.
• Develop and manage distributor/broker networks across states.
• Own pricing strategy and consumer programs to drive margins.
• Plan multi-market activities and lead sales meetings/reviews.
• Present programs to achieve sales and merchandising objectives.
• Ensure compliance with laws governing alcohol sales nationwide.
• Maintain market records and timely reports to management.
• Travel as required to distributor, broker, and account locations.
