Job summary

AE2S is seeking a Water Resources Practice Leader to guide the nationwide practice across the United States from multiple locations. You will shape strategy, drive technical excellence, and grow capabilities while expanding client relationships.

You will mentor engineers, lead pursuits, and collaborate with leadership to deliver high-impact water resources solutions across states. This national role requires travel and strong leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 10+ years of water resources experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience leading teams or practice areas.
• Proven track record of technical excellence.
• Strong communication and client-relations skills.
• Ability to travel for conferences, pursuits and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, technical direction, and growth of AE2S’s Water Resources Practice nationwide.
• Set the national vision for water resources services.
• Partner across regions to grow teams, capabilities, and market presence.
• Lead technical direction and elevate project quality.
• Identify trends, regulations, and innovations and turn them into strategy.
• Mentor engineers and staff across offices; support pursuits and client relationships.
