AE2S is seeking a Water Resources Practice Leader to steer the national practice across all U.S. offices, shaping strategy, technical excellence, and growth. You will set vision, expand capabilities, and drive client engagement.

The role requires a PE license or the ability to obtain it, a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, 10+ years in water resources, and 2+ years of leadership. You’ll mentor engineers and travel as needed to pursue opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE license (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
• 10+ years of experience in water resources.
• 2+ years of leadership experience leading teams or initiatives.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and the public.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive the national vision for how we provide water resources services.
• Partner across regions to grow teams, capabilities, and market presence.
• Lead technical direction and elevate quality across water resources projects.
• Identify emerging water resources trends, regulations, and innovations and translate into strategy.
• Support major pursuits and build strong client relationships.
• Mentor and develop engineers across offices.
