CVS Health Corporation in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, Value Based Contractor to partner with Medicare and Medicaid teams and lead strategic provider relationships under the National Value Based Solutions Specialty Partnership.

You will collaborate across network and clinical groups to accelerate market adoption, educate leaders on value-based models, and develop contracts and financial scenarios that drive portfolio growth and measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in value-based care contracting, provider relations, or related fields.
• Medicare/Medicaid contracting experience with large specialty groups preferred.
• Experience with Value Based Care financial models and risk-based arrangements.
• Adept at execution, planning, and delivering in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and complete contracting with specialty and Medicaid providers.
• Build relationships with leaders of provider organizations to drive growth.
• Educate leaders on specialty landscapes and financial models used in the industry.
• Develop financial models and VBC contracts to support portfolio growth.
• Collaborate across networks to deploy VBC strategies and ROI outcomes.
