PopUp Smiles, a mobile dental care provider headquartered in Newport Beach, California, seeks a National Traveling Logistics Coordinator to support our nationwide operations. This hands-on role requires extensive travel to coordinate transport, setup, breakdown, inventory, and readiness of dental equipment and supplies.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable solving problems under pressure in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in logistics, field operations, inventory management, or related fields.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the United States.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to perform hands-on physical work (loading/unloading).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Travel nationwide to support mobile dental events and field operations.
• Coordinate transportation, delivery, setup, and breakdown of equipment.
• Maintain inventory of dental equipment and supplies.
• Inspect equipment and coordinate maintenance.
• Coordinate logistics between locations and assignments.
• Ensure safety procedures and proper handling of equipment.
• Provide on-site operational support as needed.
