Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a Traveling Clinic Manager to support 400+ clinics nationwide from Denver. You will lead client consultations, drive revenue through personalized treatment plans, and guide clinic teams to maintain performance and a seamless client experience.

You will travel extensively to provide operational and sales leadership, with a focus on coaching, data-driven decisions, and exceptional client service. This role offers growth within a national organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a commission-driven sales environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading teams.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Willingness to travel 100% and adapt to new locations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clinic locations nationwide to provide operational and sales leadership during coverage needs.
• Deliver engaging consultations that educate clients and convert leads into long-term customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle including consultation, closing, and customer retention.
• Promote treatment packages using consultative selling techniques and value-based recommendations.
• Drive revenue by achieving and exceeding sales goals and key performance metrics.
• Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities for growth.
• Coach and mentor a team of 2–5 employees to drive performance.
• Foster strong client relationships through exceptional service and personalized solutions.
• Utilize financing options to increase client access and improve conversion rates.
• Encourage and generate client reviews and referrals.
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling, systems usage, and performance tracking.
• After completing training, ability to support onboarding and training of new Clinic Managers and Assistant Clinic Managers.
