Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a Traveling Clinic Manager based near a major airport in Illinois. You will lead operations across 400+ clinics, conduct client consultations, and drive revenue through personalized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a commission-driven sales environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively (100%).

Responsibilities

• Travel to clinic locations nationwide to provide operational and sales leadership during coverage needs
• Deliver engaging consultations that educate clients and convert leads into long-term customers
• Manage the full sales cycle including consultation, closing, and customer retention
• Promote treatment packages using consultative selling techniques and value-based recommendations
• Drive revenue by achieving and exceeding sales goals and KPIs
• Coach and mentor a team of 2–5 employees to drive performance
• Foster strong client relationships through exceptional service
• Utilize financing options to increase client access and improve conversion rates
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling and systems usage
• After training, assist onboarding of new Clinic Managers
