Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a Traveling Clinic Manager to support operations across 400+ clinics nationwide. This full-time role requires extensive travel (100%) and residence near a major airport, with a starting compensation of $64,800 annually plus 2.5% uncapped commission.

You will lead client consultations, drive revenue through personalized treatment plans, and mentor a small team while ensuring a best-in-class client experience and seamless clinic operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commission-driven sales environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and closing skills.
• Experience mentoring a small team (2–5 employees).
• Excellent communication, presentation and active listening.
• Willingness to travel extensively for national coverage.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clinic locations nationwide to provide operational and sales leadership.
• Deliver engaging consultations that educate clients and convert leads.
• Manage the full sales cycle including consultation, closing and retention.
• Promote treatment packages using value-based recommendations.
• Drive revenue by achieving and exceeding goals and KPIs.
• Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify growth opportunities.
• Coach and mentor a small team to drive performance.
• Foster strong client relationships through personalized solutions.
• Utilize financing options to increase access and improve conversion.
• Encourage client reviews and referrals.
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling and systems usage.
• Assist onboarding and training of new Clinic Managers after training.
