You will supervise crews, coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors, and ensure progress aligns with schedules and safety standards.

Applicants should have 5+ years in commercial construction, OSHA 30, and strong ability to read blueprints and control project timelines.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in commercial construction, including time as superintendent.
• OSHA 30 required.
• Ability to read blueprints, architectural plans, and structural drawings.
• Track record of building and holding project schedules.
• Willingness to travel nationwide to project sites.
• Clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and the office.
• Detail orientation and a personal standard for quality.
• Comfort with technology and cloud-based reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead field work from planning through final completion.
• Supervise crews and give clear direction.
• Coordinate daily with PMs, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure materials and manpower meet the schedule.
• Walk the job to check progress, quality, and safety compliance.
