Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a Traveling Clinic Manager based near Austin, TX, to provide operational and sales leadership across 400+ clinics nationwide. This full-time role requires traveling to locations nationwide, leading consultations, and driving revenue while ensuring excellent client experience.

The position emphasizes coaching a small team, leveraging data to optimize performance, and supporting onboarding for new Clinic Managers after training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a commission-driven sales environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to anticipate client needs and provide thoughtful, personalized recommendations.
• Experience mentoring or managing a small team (2–5 employees).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills.
• Comfortable using computer systems and sales software.
• Residence within close proximity to a major airport and willingness to travel 100%.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clinic locations nationwide to provide operational and sales leadership during coverage needs.
• Deliver engaging consultations that educate clients and convert leads into long-term customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle including consultation, closing, and customer retention.
• Promote treatment packages using consultative selling techniques and value-based recommendations.
• Drive revenue by achieving and exceeding sales goals and key performance metrics.
• Coach and mentor a small team to drive performance and maintain a positive culture.
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling, systems usage, and performance tracking.
• After training, assist onboarding and training of new Clinic Managers and Assistant Clinic Managers.
