Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a Traveling Clinic Manager to support operations across its 400+ clinic locations. You will lead client consultations, drive revenue through personalized treatment plans, and ensure a seamless client experience while traveling nationwide.

This full-time, salaried role requires a sales-driven professional who enjoys travel, mentoring a small team, and using data to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a commission-driven sales environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to anticipate client needs and provide thoughtful, personalized recommendations.
• Experience mentoring or managing a small team (2–5 employees).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively (100%) with flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clinic locations nationwide to provide operational and sales leadership during coverage needs
• Deliver engaging consultations that educate clients and convert leads into long-term customers
• Manage the full sales cycle including consultation, closing, and customer retention
• Promote treatment packages using consultative selling techniques and value-based recommendations
• Drive revenue by achieving and exceeding sales goals and KPIs
• Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify growth opportunities
• Coach and mentor a team of 2–5 employees to drive performance
• Foster strong client relationships through exceptional service
• Utilize financing options to increase client access and improve conversion rates
• Encourage and generate client reviews and referrals
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling, systems usage, and performance tracking
• After training, assist onboarding and training of new Clinic Managers
