Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a Traveling Clinic Manager to support operations across 400+ clinic locations. This full-time, salaried role requires stepping in as acting Clinic Manager during coverage, leading client consultations, and driving revenue through personalized treatment plans.

You will travel extensively (100%) with a focus on maintaining high performance and exceptional client experiences, mentoring a small team, and leveraging data-driven insights for growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a commission-driven sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clinic locations nationwide to provide operational and sales leadership during coverage needs.
• Deliver engaging consultations to educate clients and convert leads into long-term customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle including consultation, closing, and customer retention.
• Promote treatment packages using consultative selling techniques and value-based recommendations.
• Drive revenue by achieving and exceeding sales goals and KPIs.
• Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities for growth.
• Coach and mentor a team of 2–5 employees to drive performance.
• Foster strong client relationships through exceptional service and personalized solutions.
• Utilize financing options to increase client access and improve conversion rates.
• Encourage and generate client reviews and referrals.
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling and performance tracking.
• After training, support onboarding of new Clinic Managers.
