Amazon is seeking a senior operations leader in Washington state to manage a salaried and hourly team of 100+ across a distribution network. You will drive performance, mentor emerging leaders, and implement Lean processes to improve efficiency and safety.

This role emphasizes flexible leadership development, cross-site assignments, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams. A Bachelor’s degree, direct management experience in manufacturing/logistics, and the ability to work varied

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent.
• Direct management of a salaried workforce in manufacturing/production/distribution/logistics.
• Experience with performance metrics, process improvement, and Lean methodologies.
• Experience with full staffing lifecycle: interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and terminations.

Responsibilities

• Lead an operation with both salaried and hourly staff of at least 100.
• Develop others into higher levels of leadership.
• Demonstrate ability to adapt to changing priorities with sound judgment in stressful situations.
• Support long-term career development through assignments across multiple FCs nationwide.
