Job description

National Educator – SouthEast

Candidate must be a licensed esthetician. This is a full-time remote role that requires national and occasional international travel. The candidate should have experience as a skincare and body care trainer, demonstrate professionalism, possess exemplary customer service skills, and have excellent hands-on skills. As a National Trainer, you will provide comprehensive professional treatment training for estheticians and massage therapists, conduct retail sales training, and handle related administrative work such as travel arrangements and educational tools.

Responsibilities:

1. Become a leading expert in Biologique Recherche’s products, treatments, and protocols.
2. Conduct training events, seminars, and webinars, including assistance with presentations or demonstrations.
3. Utilize and promote sales techniques and tools during courses and product presentations.
4. Train technicians on proper product usage, services, and sales aids, following guidelines from our Paris HQ.
5. Educate on skin analysis tools and techniques, teaching therapists to tailor treatments to client needs, thereby encouraging sales and partnerships.
6. Maintain consistent communication during training sessions and provide feedback to improve training materials.
7. Assist with merchandising upon client requests.
8. Support therapists and educators with treatments and product knowledge.
9. Create detailed reports and evaluations for each training session and trainee.
10. Collaborate with the Sales Team, providing feedback on accounts and client needs.
11. Increase sales through product presentation, education, demos, and sales communication.
12. Represent and promote the brand effectively.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in beauty education, preferably in a 5-star or luxury environment.
• Valid Esthetician and Massage licenses, along with a driver’s license.
• Valid passport for travel.
• Strong customer service skills, with a focus on retail and sales.
• Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and PowerPoint is a plus.
