Responsibilities

• Perform national title examinations of real property.
• QC title grade sheets for completeness.
• Abstract and analyze deeds, mortgages, easements, judgments.
• Verify ownership and encumbrances of real property.
• Prepare professional reports.
• Review reports for accuracy.
• Demonstrate accuracy and productivity in independent or team work.
