Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) seeks an experienced Manager/Director to join our National Accounting for Income Taxes team in Washington. You will lead engagement teams, manage client relationships, and coordinate staffing across the country, ensuring high technical standards and operational excellence.

The role requires CPA, 6+ years in tax within public accounting, and deep knowledge of ASC 740 and international tax concepts. Travel is 0–10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in tax within public accounting or professional services.
• CPA required (EA or JD may be accepted in lieu of CPA).
• Deep knowledge of ASC 740 and international tax concepts preferred.
• Experience with ONESOURCE Tax Provision or similar provision software preferred.
• Strong leadership and ability to mentor staff across the country.

Responsibilities
