Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking an experienced Manager/Director for the National Accounting for Income Taxes team in the United States. The role focuses on leading tax engagements, driving global tax provision processes, and mentoring staff across the country.

The ideal candidate brings a CPA, deep ASC 740 knowledge, and a background in public accounting or professional services, with strong leadership and client relationship skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 6 years of relevant experience.
• CPA required (EA or JD may be accepted in lieu of CPA).
• Experience in tax role with public accounting or professional services.
• Deep knowledge of ASC 740 and IAS 12 preferred.
• ONESOURCE Tax Provision or similar software preferred.
• Strong background in U.S. corporate tax compliance and US international tax concepts preferred.
• Management experience indicating ability to plan, budget, and manage teams across the country.
• Experience mentoring and developing associates/seniors.
