The Bolton Group is seeking a National Strategic Sourcing Manager to drive enterprise‑level sourcing strategy and build strong supplier partnerships. This leadership role influences procurement decisions across multiple operating divisions and navigates extensive supplier networks.

You will lead national initiatives, negotiate complex agreements, and collaborate with senior leaders to optimize cost, quality, and supply chain performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5–10 years of strategic sourcing experience.
• Experience with a regional or national homebuilder.
• Strong contract negotiation and supplier relationship management experience.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across a multi-division organization.
