Job summary

PotomacWave is seeking a SIGINT Collection Requirements Manager in Washington, DC to provide national-level collection systems expertise and support for a Federal client.

You will develop and oversee INT collection strategies, work with diverse teams across the IC, and empower with Gatekeeper and SRT tools to validate and deliver requirements, ensuring alignment with national priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience or Master’s with 3 years.
• Five+ years in collection requirement discipline or operations management at tactical, strategic, or national level.
• Strong understanding of NIPF and National Collection Directives.
• Knowledge of discipline-specific collection requirements systems and tools.
• Experience with entitlement management systems and administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert INT-specific collection management and requirements analysis.
• Plan and lead INT collection requirements efforts using complex campaigns.
• Write, review, and submit National Level SIGINT requirements via SRT.
• Build and maintain relationships with national and IC partners.
