ConMet is seeking a highly technical, driven and customer-focused National Service Manager to support ConMet products throughout their sales and service life cycle. This home-based, individual-contributor position focuses on commercial vehicle customers across the United States.
In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical resource for ConMet’s fleet, aftermarket, OEM/OES, and dealer customers. You will provide product installation, training and diagnosis, maintenance, warranty, and post‑sales support while working closely with ConMet’s sales, engineering, marketing and service teams. You will also become a subject matter expert on ConMet products and related vehicle systems.
The ideal candidate has strong technical and presentation skills, excels at relationship building and conflict resolution, and is comfortable working independently in a field‑based role. Extensive air and vehicle travel is required, sometimes on short notice, including up to 70% overnight travel and occasional weekends.
