COMMUNITY NAMEUS CAS Programs Job ID2025-227305 JOB OVERVIEWThe National Senior Resource Counselor (NSRC) is responsible for increasing initial in-person presentations (IPP) and move-ins within their portfolio of communities from leads referred by referral agencies and assigned lead sources.The schedule for this position is 2:30pm-11pm ET Tuesday through Saturday. RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

Responsibilities:

Essential Duties:

• Responding to leads from multiple channels (phone, email and website)• Entering leads into the Sunrise lead database application• Reviewing all Sunrise options with the referral agency representative• Contacting the lead and setting up the IPP• Primary point of contact for the referral agency and/or customer until the community Director of Sales (DS) establishes contact• Positioning Sunrise Senior Living as a preferred provider• Strengthening professional relationships with the referral agencies• Implementing sales strategies• Achieving sales targets

Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred• Two to five (2-5) years sales experience• A demonstrated track record of closing sales• Ability to handle multiple priorities • Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication and the ability to facilitate group presentations • Excels in organizational, time management skills• Ability to customarily and regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment• Manages conflict effectively

• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills

• Demonstration of proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) and Sunrise applications with the ability to learn new applications• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours, available for our customers at peak service delivery days and time, reflective of our Leadership Excellence Staffing• Proven ability to work without daily supervision in a home-office environment• Must be willing to work some weekends and some holidays (shift work)
