Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Advanced Degree strongly preferred in international trade/investment controls.
• Proven compliance or national security leadership experience in a professional services firm or government.
• Demonstrated expertise in international trade compliance and policy issues.
• Excellent research and writing capabilities; ability to produce polished work independently.
• Proficient with MS Office suite and collaboration tools (MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead projects involving U.S. international trade, technology security controls, and national-security compliance.
• Assess and improve clients’ trade compliance posture under ITAR, EAR, and related regimes.
• Audit and enhance international trade and technology-security programs and controls.
• Develop engagement plans and collaborate with leadership to guide delivery.
• Interface with clients to deliver high-quality compliance work and reports.
• Build subject-matter expertise in non-U.S. regimes and regulatory developments.
• Create collateral, thought leadership, and market-facing materials.
• Contribute to internal projects and new initiatives within the firm.
