Job summary

Sage Integration Holdings LLC is seeking a Project Manager for Security Integration projects in the United States. The role focuses on planning, directing, and coordinating activities to achieve project goals within time and budget constraints, including supervision of technical staff.

Important: This position is dedicated to security integration and is not related to IT-type roles. The PM will manage project plans, staffing, budgets, and customer expectations while ensuring quality delivery and

Qualifications

Experience in managing projects and technical resources.
Computer knowledge required.
Operating systems knowledge required.
Access control software knowledge preferred.
Must be able to operate a company truck with acceptable safe driving skills.

Responsibilities

Review project plans, time frames and procedures, and schedule coordination meetings.
Determine staffing requirements and manage resources needed to complete the project.
Manage customer expectations within project timelines and budgets, forecasting and scheduling of subcontractors and technicians.
Prepare and maintain all necessary paperwork for projects (e.g. monthly forecast, billings report, Project Management Reviews).
Follow implementation procedures per job on a timely basis.
Project team collaboration to meet objectives and ensure quality delivery.
