The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years in DoD financial management, an active DoD Secret Clearance, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of DoD financial management experience.
• Hands-on experience with G-Invoicing.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• Experience preparing or managing 7600A Support Agreements.
• Experience with MIPRs, reimbursable agreements, and funding execution.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial tracking and reconciliation.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, prepare, and manage all TRMC 7600A Support Agreements from initiation through execution.
• Coordinate with agencies and internal stakeholders to obtain required documentation and approvals.
• Process and track agreements within G-Invoicing while maintaining internal records.
• Assist in preparing and completing TRMC funding request forms and related documentation.
• Support overflow workload related to funding package development, validation, and routing.
• Review MIPRs and funding documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain agreement logs, obligation trackers, and fund execution records.
• Reconcile balances between funding logs, financial systems, and agreements.
