Job summary

EMT Holdings seeks National Training Standard (NTS) certified Credentialed Background Investigators for nationwide work. You will conduct comprehensive interviews with subjects, employers, and references to establish suitability and reliability; you will review records to resolve issues and document findings in a detailed report within strict timelines.

Roles require a BA/BS or equivalent experience with at least 3 years in investigations, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Requires a sense of mission in support of national security initiatives.
• Demonstrates impeccable work ethic, integrity and can-do attitude.
• Ability to walk, type, sit, or stand for long periods.
• Excellent time management and reliability in meeting timelines.
• Exceptional written and oral communication for detailed reports.
• Experience conducting background investigations; typically a BA/BS or equivalent with 3+ years.
• Must obtain favorable determination based on a SSB I/SSBI.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; local travel daily as needed.

• Review records to obtain facts and resolve material issues in a case.
• Document information and submit a detailed report of investigation within a strict timeline.
