Qualifications

• Experience conducting background investigations.
• Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years of related work experience.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, such as typing detailed, extensive, and lengthy reports.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required; travel locally daily.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive interviews with subjects, employers, associates, references, and other knowledgeable individuals.
• Review appropriate records to obtain facts to resolve material issues and establish background, reputation, character, suitability, or qualifications of the subject under investigation.
• Document all information received and submit a detailed report of investigation within a strict timeline.
