Qualifications

• 8+ years of dedicated insurance coverage experience, with emphasis on first-party commercial property.
• Partner or senior counsel with ability to independently manage a complex caseload.
• Active PA bar admission; multi-state admissions a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage national first-party commercial property coverage matters.
• Evaluate high-value and complex property losses and related claims.
• Oversee arson and fraud investigations and EUOs of insureds and witnesses.
• Drive coverage litigation from inception through trial for carriers.
