Job summary

The Minnesota Coalition Against Sexual Assault (MNCASA) seeks a Program Coordinator, National SART, to lead national training and technical assistance for multidisciplinary Sexual Assault Response Teams across the United States and territories. You will support OVW-funded grantees and allied professionals to improve system responses to sexual violence.

You will work with the SVJI team to build capacity, share responsibilities, and ensure high-quality support for rural and diverse communities,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or meaningful combination of experience.
• At least three years of experience supporting survivors of sexual assault.
• Experience with SART or similar multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Experience working with rural communities.

Responsibilities

• Grants/Project Coordination: monitor budgets and oversee activities under local, state, and federal grants.
• Assist in grant applications and reporting materials; coordinate with internal and external partners.
• Provide coaching and consultation to multidisciplinary teams; ensure victim-centered approaches.
• Training and Technical Assistance: deliver one-on-one consultation and develop training on SART practices.
• Site visits (virtual/in-person) to support teams; coordinate medical-forensic policy TA.
• Resource Development: identify and share resources; refine tools for collaborations.
