Kawasaki Motors Retail Finance (KMRF) seeks an experienced Training & Development Manager to oversee sales training across the organization, developing a branded certification platform for FPSMs and onboarding for dealer networks. You will work with Sales, Credit, Funding and OEM Field Sales to ensure alignment and proficiency.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in retail lending, originations or financial services training.
• Experience developing and delivering training for sales teams and external partners.
• End-to-end retail loan originations knowledge: credit analysis, docs, compliance, funding.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into practical training materials.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales leadership to align training with sales goals and growth.
• Review data analytics to identify trends and opportunities to improve performance.
• Serve as primary SME and training liaison for dealer and internal training.
• Design onboarding training for field sales and 1000+ dealers nationwide.
• Lead virtual training sessions for captive finance needs.
• Maintain ongoing training programs for change management and launches.
• Create standardized training materials: presentations, guides, videos.
• Ensure adoption through refreshers, follow-ups and coaching.
• Escalate and support training questions from internal teams and dealers.
• Identify training opportunities to boost dealer performance and engagement.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects related to originations and dealer readiness.
