Base pay range

$140,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr

The Role

As the US American Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving growth across the United States. You’ll lead the full enterprise sales cycle—from identifying opportunities and building client relationships to negotiating and closing contracts. This role focuses on high-impact sales in both greenfield and brownfield environments, working with key players across logistics, manufacturing, and e-commerce sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle sales of ASRS or AMR solutions across the U.S.
  • Develop and manage relationships with enterprise clients, system integrators, and channel partners
  • Conduct consultative, solution-based sales to uncover customer needs and build tailored proposals
  • Collaborate with technical and engineering teams on solution design and ROI justification
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms in line with company objectives
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and client records via CRM tools
  • Represent the company at tradeshows, client demos, and on-site visits
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to execute sales strategies

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in technical sales within automation, robotics, logistics, or related technologies
  • Experience with ASRS and AMR technologies is required, with SaaS preferred.
  • Strong U.S.-based network within warehousing, manufacturing, or 3PL environments
  • Experience with long-cycle enterprise sales and strategic account development
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including C-level engagement
  • Highly organized with strong CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Willingness to travel 60–80% across the United States
