Position: National Sales Manager
Location: Denver, CO

Multi-Regional Territory Focus: Pacific Northwest, California, Southwest (Phoenix), Texas, and Colorado

About the Role:
We’re seeking a high-energy, National Sales Manager to lead aggressive growth across key U.S. markets for our industry-leading exterior building services. The candidate will develop sales strategies around multi-site projects with property management giants like Greystar, JLL, and Cushman & Wakefield, mobilizing subcontractors to execute work efficiently and with high quality. We specialize in large-scale exterior renovation and maintenance projects—including painting, siding, roofing, decking, and carpentry—serving multifamily and commercial assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales strategy and execution across target regions, focusing on high-volume, multi-site exterior renovation projects.
  • Build strong relationships with national and regional property management firms and asset managers.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and active engagement in the field.
  • Oversee regional sales teams and help scale their efforts in growing markets.
  • Coordinate project fulfillment by sourcing and managing subcontractors to meet quality and schedule expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal operations, estimating, and leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
  • Attend regional trade shows, industry events, and property management association meetings to build pipeline and brand awareness.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A motivated, driven candidate who strives for excellence and rejects mediocrity.
  • Proven success in B2B sales and sales management within building materials, construction, or property services sectors.
  • 10+ years of outside sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or national role preferred.
  • Familiarity with property management sales cycles and decision-makers.
  • Strong ability to build and manage subcontractor relationships for successful project execution.
  • Willingness to travel nationally up to 50%, as this is a field-oriented role.
