Own end-to-end P&L for US operations with full autonomy

Must be US-based with deep local industry roots

10+ years US automotive aftermarket leadership (OEM, IAM, wholesale distribution)

Proven success scaling distribution networks (warehouse setup → revenue growth)

Direct relationships with NAPA/AutoZone/O'Reilly/Advance Auto Parts buyers

Hands-on SAP experience (order/supply chain modules)
