The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of construction safety leadership experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong knowledge of OSHA regulations. Competitive compensation includes $175,000–$235,000/year and various benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive construction safety leadership experience, including multi-site or multi-region oversight.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, construction safety standards, and risk management practices.
• Ability to travel nationally on a frequent basis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a unified national safety strategy.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and state-specific regulations.
• Conduct regular site visits to reinforce accountability.
