Job summary

Qualifications

5+ years in financial services, financial sales, or financial wholesaling with proven phone skills.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
Active Series 7 or ability to obtain within 120 days; active State securities agent registration (S63/S66) or ability to obtain within 120 days; active State IAR registration (S65/S66) or ability to obtain within 120 days.

Responsibilities

Cover the inbound phone queue and make outbound calls to support partnered region.
Respond to inbound calls and emails with technical expertise on sales strategies, rules/regulations, and solutions to drive retirement plan sales.
Act as the subject matter expert for team members and internal stakeholders.
Maintain relationships with product partners, marketing, and retirement sales team.
Accurately track all activity in Salesforce.com.
