Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail account support, vendor operations, supply chain compliance, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Preferred: experience with Lowe’s/Home Depot or national retailers and retailer portals (deduction processes)
• Experience with Syndigo CXH or GDSN item setup and content management
• Experience with ERP systems and customer portals (Infor M3 or similar)
• Working knowledge of EDI transactions (850/856/810) and ASN compliance in retail vendor context
• Power BI or reporting experience
• Building products, home improvement, or distribution industry experience

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Lowe’s, Home Depot, and other retail accounts — managing inbound inquiries, special order quoting, PODs, warranty requests, and store-level issues
• Own and manage the special order programs for The Home Depot and Lowe’s — including end-to-end order processing, SKU eligibility, pricing maintenance, lead time management, and retailer compliance
• Own new item setup through Syndigo CXH and GDSN — product data, images, and attributes — ensuring compliance before items go live
• Monitor EDI performance (850/856/810), triage failures, and coordinate resolution with IT to maintain ASN compliance and minimize chargebacks
• Research, dispute, and track retailer deductions and chargebacks; elevate root causes to reduce recurring issues
• Monitor retail performance data — order drops, fill rate trends, out-of-stock positions, and sales velocity — and proactively flag issues before they elevate. Maintain Pro Extended Aisle program content and support invoicing and consignment order tracking
