Job summary

Samsung Electronics America is seeking a Senior Manager of Retail Deployment & Installation based in Plano, TX. You will lead end-to-end nationwide fixture rollouts, interactive displays, and capital resets across major retail partners, coordinating third-party labor and fixture fabrication partners to ensure flawless in-store execution and brand equity.

Your role requires extensive multi-site deployment experience, cross-functional collaboration, and strong project management skills to drive

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years of progressive experience in retail deployment, visual merchandising operations, retail project management, or fixture construction.
• Experience managing multi-site rollout programs within Consumer Electronics or Major Appliances retail environments.
• PMP or formal Project Management certification is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Nationwide Rollouts: direct planning, scheduling, staging, and installation of fixtures and displays across national HE and DA channels.
• Channel-specific Adaptation: tailor deployment playbooks for diverse retailer environments (Best Buy, The Home Depot, Lowe’s, Costco, Sam’s Club).
• New Product Launch resets: drive timely execution of seasonal resets and major launches aligned with marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Pilot & Prototyping Validation: oversee field prototyping and time-and-motion studies for new fixture concepts.
