Job summary

Simpson Strong-Tie in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a National Retail Account Manager to grow Home Center and Co-op sales across UT/ID/MT. You will partner with regional teams to develop sales strategies, manage key accounts, and drive customer satisfaction.

You will train store staff, schedule and deliver presentations, and analyze POS data to optimize programs. Occasional travel up to 50% is expected; a valid driver’s license and strong knowledge of MS Office, Salesforce, and SAP ERP are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of related retail construction sales experience.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce CRM, SAP ERP.
• Strong presentation and training skills.
• Knowledge of local building codes a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with store and regional customers.
• Prepare and present store and regional POS activity to key decision makers.
• Coordinate National Retail programs and analyze POS data.
• Communicate needs to regional personnel and resolve issues.
• Install and maintain marketing materials and promotions.
• Demonstrate installation procedures and conduct trainings.
• Collaborate with field team to provide high-quality service.
