Job summary

Simpson Strong-Tie in Utah is seeking a National Retail Account Manager to grow Home Center and Co-op sales across UT/ID/MT. You will build and maintain relationships with store teams and regional leadership to drive profitable programs.

This role requires coordinating with Marketing, Product Management, and TSRs to develop sales strategies, manage CRM, and deliver training and presentations. Expect up to 50% travel and a base of $75,200–$107,500 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of related experience in retail construction sales and/or training.
• Technical: ability to gain product knowledge and serve as a trusted resource.
• Presentation skills to develop and deliver compelling pitches.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships at store and regional levels with home center and co-op customers.
• Create and coordinate National Retail programs and projects to grow sales and profitability.
• Communicate needs to regional personnel and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.
• Install and maintain marketing materials and present pricing programs and promotions.
