Job summary

As a National Nurse Resident at Dignity Health - St. Elizabeth Community Hospital in Red Bluff, CA, you will engage in a mentored, evidence-based residency designed to develop your nursing practice from day one.

You’ll work with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to administer treatments, monitor vitals, educate patients and families, and support diverse patient needs while building a fulfilling nursing career.

Qualifications

• Associates of Science Nursing required; 0–12 months RN experience upon hire.
• Registered Nurse (CA) upon hire; Basic Life Support (CPR) upon hire.
• Preferred: Bachelors of Science in Nursing upon hire.

As a National Nurse Resident, you’ll step into a hands-on, supportive experience designed to help you grow and build confidence from day one. You won’t be on your own. You can expect real mentorship, meaningful feedback, and a team invested in your long-term success.

Every day, you’ll collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to deliver care that sees each patient as an individual. You’ll administer treatments, track vitals, educate patients and families, and play a key role in making sure people feel seen, heard, and cared for.

To succeed in this role, you’ll actively engage in our comprehensive, evidence-based Nurse Residency Program designed to support your growth and professional development.
