Qualifications

• Associates of Science Nursing required; 0–12 months RN experience at hire.
• Registered Nurse licensure in TX required at hire.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care and administer treatments within the Nurse Residency Program.
• Monitor vitals, assess patients, and educate patients and families.

Job Summary And Responsibilities

As a National Nurse Resident, you’ll step into a hands-on, supportive experience designed to help you grow and build confidence from day one. You won’t be on your own. You can expect real mentorship, meaningful feedback, and a team invested in your long-term success.

Every day, you’ll collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to deliver care that sees each patient as an individual. You’ll administer treatments, track vitals, educate patients and families, and play a key role in making sure people feel seen, heard, and cared for.

Pay Range

$30.70 - $46.82 /hour
