You will collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care, administer treatments, track vitals, educate patients and families, and contribute to a high-quality learning environment.

Qualifications

  • Associates Of Science Nursing required; RN experience 0-12 months upon hire.
  • Registered Nurse license for TX upon hire.
  • Basic Life Support (CPR) certification upon hire.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a National Nurse Resident, you’ll step into a hands-on, supportive experience designed to help you grow and build confidence from day one. You won’t be on your own. You can expect real mentorship, meaningful feedback, and a team invested in your long-term success.

Every day, you’ll collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to deliver care that sees each patient as an individual. You’ll administer treatments, track vitals, educate patients and families, and play a key role in making sure people feel seen, heard, and cared for.

To succeed in this role, you’ll actively engage in our comprehensive, evidence-based Nurse Residency Program designed to support your growth and professional development. With a strong drive to learn and a team-first mindset, you’ll continue sharpening your skills while building a meaningful, fulfilling nursing career.

  • Evidence-based Practice (EBP) and Patient Care: Builds skills to utilize current evidence based practice knowledge, the nursing process, critical thinking and problem solving skills to provide holistic care to individuals across the lifespan and care continuum.
  • Interprofessional Collaboration and Communication: Learns to collaborate and communicate with the interprofessional team to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
