Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a National Recruitment Manager to drive national talent acquisition across our corporate/field offices in Maryland and beyond. You will source top talent, interview, negotiate, and maintain relationships with clients and placed employees to ensure successful placements.

The role reports to the leadership team and includes top-tier benefits, along with a training path for entrants at $21.26/hour during the initial period and a competitive commission

Responsibilities

• Source top talent through referrals, database searches, networking, and competitor insights.
• Interview candidates, verify credentials, and ensure alignment with hiring criteria.
• Negotiate pay packages that balance candidate needs and company goals.
• Secure acceptance from both candidates and clients to finalize placements.
• Stay connected with placed employees, supporting payroll, resolving issues, and promoting retention.
• Meet and exceed hiring goals, performance standards, and productivity expectations.
• Build long-term relationships and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Continuously grow your recruiting skills through networking and professional development.

As a National Recruitment Manager, you will be compensated at $52,500 with an uncapped commission potential.

A Day in the Life:

• Interview candidates, verify credentials, and ensure alignment with hiring criteria
• Negotiate pay packages that balance candidate needs and company goals
• Secure acceptance from both candidates and clients to finalize placements
• Stay connected with placed employees, supporting payroll, resolving issues, and promoting retention
• Meet and exceed hiring goals, performance standards, and productivity expectations

What We’re Looking For:

To qualify for the National Recruitment Manager position, you must have a minimum of one year relevant recruitment experience or business to business sales experience. If you do not meet these requirements, you will start as a National Recruitment Manager Trainee compensated at $21.26 during the training period (typically first 13 weeks of employment).
