Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in real estate development or construction project management.
• Proven experience leading multiple concurrent ground-up commercial projects.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, scheduling, contract negotiation, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Curo's entire construction and development function across a national portfolio.
• Build, hire, and lead the internal construction and development team.
• Oversee all construction projects from feasibility to close-out.
