Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in real estate development or construction project management.
• Proven experience leading multiple concurrent ground-up commercial projects.
• Healthcare, veterinary, or medical office construction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead all construction projects from feasibility and planning through close-out.
• Manage relationships with architects, engineers, designers, and consultants.
• Hold full responsibility for project financial performance.
