**Being a National Quality & Accreditation Specialist has its Advantages**
In this role, you will be responsible for auditing, consulting, and training related to quality improvement, accreditation standards, and supporting the organization with overall quality initiatives. This compassionate collaborator will have an opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization. This position offers:
Devereux’s National Quality Improvement Department is seeking a compassionate person with proven continuous quality improvement knowledge along with strong customer service skills to partner with our National and Center teams as a subject matter expert on accreditation standards and processes, support Corrective Action Plan processes, and create/implement training curricula with centers.
Under the direction of the National Quality Improvement and Accreditation Manager, this key position will be remote with periodic travel to centers throughout the country. As a subject matter expert in quality improvement, this position will focus on supporting accreditation standards and processes.
